Spa Policies

FOR RESERVATIONS: Please call Violet Skin Boutique at 617-262-SKIN (7546) to make your appointment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment. A major credit card is required to guarantee all reservations, and all major credit cards are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your treatment, we ask for a 24-hour advance notice for individual appointments and 72 hours for packages. If you do not notify us of cancellation or are a no show for your appointment the entire fee (100%) will be charged to your account. If upon arrival you decide not to have a scheduled appointment(s) you will be charged 100% for that appointment.

PRICES AND GRATUITIES: All Spa treatments and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuity to therapist can be in cash or added to your credit card. Gratuities are not added for individual treatments. Gratuity envelopes are available at the spa desk. 15% gratuity will be added at the time of check out in Spa Packages of 3 or more treatments.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY: All sales on services and gift certificates are final. There are no refunds for any services performed. Violet skin and body care products can be returned or exchanged.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates have no cash value and are exchangeable for other services or products only. Gift Certificates are not refundable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Violet Skin Boutique does not replace lost gift certificates.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT: As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers are not permitted.

VIOLET SKIN CARE AND BODY CARE PRODUCTS: Violet skin and body care products are 100% natural and contain absolutely no preservatives or chemicals of any kind. It is your responsibility to notify Violet skin care professional before your treatments of any known allergies or sensitivities. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products. All product returns are subject to full refund.

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES: At Violet Spa Guests receiving treatments have not only the right, but also the responsibility to communicate openly with their therapist, esthetician or spa manager about their treatment during the treatment! Any special expectations, personal preferences and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing should first be addressed directly with the individual who is rendering the treatment during the treatment. Our professional spa experts are carefully selected and thoroughly trained by Violet Mkhitaryan on all of the Violet skin and body care treatments and skin care philosophy. All treatments performed are done according to the Violet Skin Boutique treatment protocols.

If you have a special request to make your treatment more enjoyable please do not hesitate to ask. If there are certain things you wish your therapist not to do such as work on your feet, your face, your abdomen or scalp or hair please communicate your desires. In addition, you have the obligation to let your therapist know about any health related conditions that could potentially cause you discomfort or harm during the course of your treatment. This would include, but is not limited to pregnancy, recent surgeries, injuries, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, sensitivity and any other allergies.

All of our services are designed to nurture, relax, restore and to meet your specific needs. We welcome your input and feedback.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards and cash. Our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
